We’re excited to announce we received a grant from Visit Bucks County  to expand nature tourism and educational experiences at Peace Valley Nature Center.

The grant funds, combined with a generous donation from the Friends of Peace Valley Nature Center, will cover two-thirds of the total project cost. Our goal is to raise the additional $20,000 to complete the project with help from our supportive community.

Full funding of the project will improve visitor experience through the following goals:

1. Develop a new trail map, install trail and welcome signs, and self-guided educational activities.
2. Design and install four wildlife gardens around the nature center that will educate visitors about the benefits of rainwater management and the relationship between native plants and the wildlife that depend on them.
3. Update interpretive panels inside the bird blind.

The increased signage, updated maps, garden revitalization, and additional interpretive information will enhance educational opportunities for visitors.
