Every day is Earth Day, but today we join over 190 countries in celebrating our planet through education, action, and community! Join us at the Nature Center for hands-on activities that connect us to nature and inspire care for our environment. This is a drop-in event and will take place rain or shine.

Join us for Discovery Day, a free, family-friendly event where young explorers (ages 3–12) can dive into the amazing world of insects through hands-on activities and outdoor adventures. Kids and their guardians are invited to embark on a self-guided nature scavenger hunt with our themed checklist or simply enjoy a walk on the trails.

Join us for Discovery Day, a free, family-friendly event where young explorers (ages 3–12) can discover the fascinating world of macroinvertebrates through hands-on activities and outdoor exploration. Children and their caregivers are invited to learn about the small creatures that play a big role in healthy streams and creeks.

SUMMER KICK OFF: ICE CREAM SOCIAL WITH YARD GAMES

Come join us as we celebrate the summer solstice on June 21st! We will kick off the official start of summer with an ice cream social and lawn games. Stop by the pavilion just next to the Visitor's Center anytime between 1:00 and 4:00 to join in the fun!
