This series invites participants to connect with nature through a variety of mindful practices, each session offering a walk, light stretching, and a seated meditation. Together we will explore different ways to deepen our relationship with the natural world through meditation, mindful walking, sensory exploration, and more. Mats for sitting on the ground will be provided, but please let us know in advance if you need a chair.
